Shania Twain took a Plunge at CMT Awards

The star studded CMT Music Awards night in Nashville has been full of embarrassing mistakes. One of the mishaps of the night was from Shania Twain who took a plunge in an event full of country music’s biggest names, high profile appearances and thousands of audiences.

All of those that were in attendance plus the millions watching on their televisions witnessed what Shania called as one of her “most embarrassing moments.” She made it to the headlines alright but not about the awards – it was the spill of the evening that made her looked a “complete fool” in front of the thousands – and millions of spectators.

She was popular and the talk of the crowd all for the wrong reasons which she took as a good sport. The singer blamed the fall on her high heels and just laughed off what had transpired that night.

According to her, she didn’t need any stunt double and that she didn’t hurt herself. Her sore thumb may be the only evidence it happened at all, she added. It was the reassurance to her fans that she posted via taped message on her website after she took a nasty fall onstage while she was going to present “The Voice.”

Many said, her mishap can be blamed to a moment of being ungraceful but knowing she didn’t hurt herself is enough to put fans at ease. Shania may have flashed when she tumbled on the stage but she was applauded after she picked herself up which showed she didn’t hurt herself whatsoever.

Twitter was flooded with tweets and it spread like a wildfire all throughout the internet and the world. She posted on her Twitter page an update that showed stars know how to be embarrassed after all but still had to pick the pieces up and move on.

Shania Twain just showed us how life should be after an embarrassing moment. According to her, she is going to auction the shoes and get rid of them as soon as she can. Her shoes were little reminders that life is indeed full of mishaps and imperfections.

But aside from the mishap she received and suffered that night, she landed on a 2-year contract to perform at the Caesars Palace which was the stage built for Celine Dion. This is to show that after one embarrassing moment life can still give us good reasons to move on.
