Silver Jubilee Goodbye with Oprah

Just recently, the most famous talk show of the town Oprah ended after 25 years of capturing worldwide television. However, Oprah Winfrey who is the popular host of the talk show said that they weren’t saying goodbye but more like “until we meet again.”

As she ended the finale show after 25 years, she made her way out through the halls of Harpo Studios in Chicago while hugging and kissing her longtime partner Stedman Graham and the staff as well as crews of the talk show.

As she walks away from the last shot of the finale show, she shouted “we did it” and she was walking with her cocker spaniel named Sadie.

Earlier, Winfrey walked on stage with a standing ovation acknowledgement from the audience in the studio. She started with her appreciation to the viewers both in the audience and to those who have been following the show through television at their homes for 25 years.

She said, “Thank you America” even after 25 years in the industry. She further stated that there are no words to express how much thankful she is at the final moments in Oprah show. She told the viewers that at times she was the teacher but most of the time the viewers are the ones who instructed what to do. She called the final show as the “last class” which was taped in Chicago on Tuesday and it showed a clip from her very first show.

The final “The Oprah Winfrey Show,” which was taped in Chicago on Tuesday, opened with a clip from her first show. She was the only one, who was positioned on stage with subtle background music and a series of flashback clips from her previous inspiring shows.

One of the studio audience was asked what she thought of when Oprah Winfrey walked on stage. The studio audience said that Oprah’s appearance and the way she walked on stage reflected the message about “finding oneself” and purpose. The finale show was all about Oprah – the women herself.

There were some fans all across the country that planned parties just for the show along with some families and close friends. One of the fans even said that the show was intended as a love letter to the audience and to people who have followed through the show for the past 25 years. Some fans commented that they appreciated the way Oprah dedicated the last show without showcasing some celebrities or her favorite things.
