Jennifer Lopez Facing a Scandal

American Idol’s judge Jennifer Lopez is now facing what we popularly call as a Hollywood celebrity scandal. She is facing the impending release of a sexy video taken from her honeymoon with ex-husband Ojani Noa. The video is to be released following a Miami court decision. Noa and Lopez met when the latter was working in Miami. Noa was a restaurant worker who threatened to release the video in public and adult film companies are already trying to get their hands on the video.

As far as we know, this is not the first Hollywood celebrity scandal that we have known. Hollywood celebrities like Paris Hilton, Britney Spears and Lindsay Lohan had their share of scandals in the previous years.

Fortunately, the actress and singer, Jennifer Lopez has got a restraining order against the release of the video. She was issued the restraining order against Claudia Vasquez who is the current girlfriend of ex-husband Ojani Noa. The restraining order was issued by an L.A. County Superior Court Judge.

It was said that the video was filmed in 1997 and is now owned by Vasquez who supposedly tried to sell the video but was temporarily thwarted by judge on grounds saying the video will not be released without the sign of Jennifer Lopez.

Lopez now 41 years old is currently married to Latin singer Marc Anthony. They appeared happily married while taking care of a pair of twins. With the scandal looming above their heads, how will this marriage be affected? Even with the restraining order in effect, will it stop Claudia Vazquez from publicly distributing the video or selling it to adult film companies?

While Jennifer Lopez has been known to be acting in Hollywood movies, she was never known to have any adult related films. With her career still going strong, will the appearance of the scandal affect her rise in stardom?

Vasquez reportedly said that there was no evidence that she was going to sell the video or to distribute it publicly. However, the rumors were just too serious to ignore especially for someone happily married and mother of two twins. It is publicly disturbing and possibly humiliating even though this is not the first time for Hollywood stars to face. Still, there is nothing uncommon when you are going to face the biggest scandal of your life especially when you innocently believe it will not be released in public.
